Jobs

Our hospitality starts with our people. We are always looking for people with a passion for working with food & drink, and for working closely in a team and serving our customers.

Experience is definitely valued, but of a greater importance is a sunny, caring, can do attitude, lots of energy, and a sense of fun!

We are open 7 days a week and from 0730 in the morning until 10 at night, and do expect our full time team member to work a flexible schedule over these times. Training is given for all positions.

If you want to become part of the Pinkmans team then please send your CV, some words on why you want to join and a little bit about yourself to [email protected]

(regretfully due to the volume of applications we receive we are not able to reply back to everyone)

Sunday times – top 25 Bakeries
“This is a bakery in the most 2016 sense of the word. Not only does it produce several sourdoughs, baguettes and boules, it also makes pizzas and serves them with beers and spritzers until 10pm. Bread comes out of the oven at 8am; then there’s a full breakfast menu, plus the Pinkmans signature sour-dough-nuts, which are filled with malted milk or honeycomb custards. You can even watch the bakers at work while you eat”

“Pinkmans shows brilliant bakeries are on the rise in Bristol” Bristol Post December 2015

Whilst other high fliers may fall short of expectation however, Pinkman’s only exceeds it.
Virginia Campbell, Epigram

Pinkmans boasts a strong sense of craftsmanship, showcased by its open kitchen where you can watch loaves of Sourdough and French baguettes being made at lightning speed from scratch. This place embodies how a modern bakery should be run – adopting an old-fashioned approach to the mastery of artisan bread making, whilst managing to be contemporary in its décor and menu.
Christy Spring, Inter:Mission Bristol

Everyone in Bristol has known for some time that Pinkmans is a truly world-class bakery – and now it seems the rest of the country has grown wise to its charms as well.
